Special cocktails include Mukilteo’s Hearts All A Flutter with sparkling wine, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur and blood orange puree to the Salmon House’s Chocolate Covered Strawberry with Tito’s, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, crème de cocoa, strawberry puree and cream. For your entrée, indulge in Pier 54 Cioppino (Acres of Clams), Filet Mignon and Pan Seared Scallops Surf ‘n Turf (Mukilteo Landing) or Alder Grilled Wild Alaska King Salmon with Walla Walla sweet onion, smoked bacon in black truffle butter (Salmon House). And, we all know Valentine’s Day isn’t complete without dessert. Indulge yourselves in Spiced Rose Poached Pear Tart (Acres of Clams), Chocolate Obsession cake with Bailey’s Red Velvet sauce (Mukilteo Landing) or Strawberry Cheesecake with chocolate dipped strawberries (Salmon House). And if you get the chance, try booking a table by the window for a beautiful view of the sunset over the water that will make your heart melt and shore-ly impress your date.
